Do I need to call my warranty company before coming in?
Not necessarily. Bring your vehicle in first. We will diagnose the issue and then contact your warranty company on your behalf to initiate the claim.
Will using an independent repair shop void my warranty?
In most cases no. Federal law (the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act) protects your right to have your vehicle serviced at any qualified repair facility without voiding your warranty. We are a qualified experienced shop that meets provider standards.
What if my claim is denied?
We will clearly explain what was denied and why. We can help you understand your options including how to appeal a denial and what out-of-pocket repair costs would look like if you choose to proceed without warranty coverage.
How long does the warranty claim process take?
Most authorizations are completed within a few hours. Complex claims can take 1-2 business days depending on your provider's response time. We will keep you updated throughout.
Do I only pay my deductible?
For covered repairs yes. You pay your deductible and your warranty company covers the rest up to your policy limits. Any non-covered items will be communicated to you clearly before any work begins.
