We drain and replace the engine oil, fit a new filter, and check the fluid levels across the vehicle.
Inspection while it is on the lift
A vehicle on a lift is the cheapest time to catch a problem. We look it over and write down what we find.
You decide what happens next
We explain anything we found and what it would cost. No additional work begins until you approve it.

Oil change questions we get asked
How often should I change my oil?
It depends on the vehicle, the oil it takes, and how it is driven. Modern engines often run longer intervals than older ones, and diesel and European engines have their own requirements. Tell us the vehicle and we will tell you what the manufacturer calls for.
Do I need an appointment for an oil change?
Calling ahead helps us plan the bay for you, but it is not required. Call 214-821-5052 and we will tell you what the day looks like.
Do you service diesel engines and Sprinter vans?
Yes. Diesel engines, Sprinter vans and light commercial vehicles are a regular part of our work, not an exception to it.
Will you try to sell me things I do not need?
No. We inspect the vehicle, tell you what we found, and explain what it means. Nothing beyond the oil service happens unless you approve it. That approach is why a lot of our customers have been with us for years.
Is there a cheaper option for regular maintenance?
The ESS membership covers scheduled maintenance including oil changes with a 21 point inspection. It is built for drivers who would rather handle maintenance on a plan than one visit at a time.
