All services are subject to vehicle condition, parts availability, operational capacity, and applicable laws. No service outcome is guaranteed beyond the scope of the work expressly agreed upon.

• Retrieve vehicles promptly once notified of service completion

ESS Fleet Service is not responsible for delays or issues caused by inaccurate or incomplete customer information.
