I just had my Jaguar serviced at ESS and my experience was very positive. The cost was half what the dealer charges and the work is even better. The mechanics were very knowledgeable and very well equipped. They have the exact same equipment as the dealer. The mechanic was very good at keeping me informed about what was going on with my car and actually found some minor issues that they took care of at no charge. The owner was very courteous, offering me cold bottled water and checked on me several times. I will be back. ESS is now our friend in the car repair business. – Sharon C.
